Sinjai – Kepala Kepolisian Resor Sinjai, Ajun Komisaris Besar Polisi (Akbp) Rachmat Sumekar, S.Ik., M.Si pimpin upacara korps raport kenaikan pangkat personel, yang dilaksanakan dihalaman Mapolres Sinjai. Senin pagi (03/7/2023).
Personel Polres Sinjai yang naik pangkat sebanyak 8 personel yang terdiri dari pangkat Kompol 1 orang, Aiptu 3 orang, Brigpol 4 orang, mendapat kenaikan pangkat satu tingkat, Periode 01 Juli 2023.
Kegiatan yang dihadiri oleh Ketua Bhayangkari Cabang Sinjai Ny. Ririn Rachmat, pejabat utama Polres Sinjai, para Kasat, Kapolsek, Perwira staf, dan Bintara Polres Sinjai serta Bhayangkari.
Kapolres Sinjai dalam amanatnya yang intinya menyampaikan bahwa kenaikan pangkat bukan merupakan hak mutlak personel. Tetapi, merupakan kebijaksanaan pimpinan Polri yang mengarah pada pendekatan aspek kesejahteraan personel atas penilaian prestasi kinerjanya.
“Perlu saya sampaikan bahwa pimpinan Polri akan senantiasa berusaha objektif dalam memberikan penilaian terhadap personel Polri, sehingga akan memberikan rasa keadilan yang memadai sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip pemberian reward dan punishment dalam sistem pembinaan karier personel,” katanya .
Menurut Kapolres Sinjai, bagi personel yang telah dinaikkan pangkatnya, berarti telah dinilai positif kinerjanya oleh pimpinan. Sebaliknya personel yang tidak naik atau ditunda pangkatnya, dia sebut pernah melakukan kesalahan atau pelanggaran dalam melaksanakan tugas. Sehingga kinerjanya dinilai kurang oleh pimpinan.
Kapolres Sinjai mengucapkan selamat kepada personel atas kenaikan pangkatnya. Ia berharap, kenaikan pangkat ini dijadikan sebagai motivasi ke depan, agar lebih dewasa dalam berpikir, bergaul dan menjadi panutan dalam masyarakat.
