Majalengka,-Dalam rangka mengukur kinerja dan keberhasilan jajarannya, Kapolres Majalengka AKBP Edwin Affandi didampingi Kabag Ops Polres Majalengka Kompol Kusdinar Idris bersama Para Pejabat Utama dan diikuti Para Kapolsek Jajaran Polres Majalengka memimpin kegiatan Gelar Operasional (GO) Bulan September dan Oktober Tahun 2022 bertempat di Nalisa Glamping Talaga Desa Argasari Kecamatan Talaga Kabupaten Majalengka, Sabtu (19/11/2022).
“Tujuan dari kegiatan Gelar Operasional ini guna mengevaluasi kinerja dan untuk memaksimalkan kinerja kedepannya. Selain itu juga untuk mengetahui dinamika satuan kerja Polres Majalengka dan jajaran, baik dibidang pembinaan maupun bidang operasional sebagai pertimbangan dalam menentukan kebijakan terhadap pelaksanaan tugas kedepannya.”ungkap Kapolres Majalengka AKBP Edwin Affandi.
“Dari hasil pertemuan tersebut diketahui sejumlah hambatan dan kendala saat pelaksanaan tugas dan akan di anev secara bersama guna mencari solusinya sehingga nanti kedepannya pelaksaaan tugas di Polres Majalengka dan jajaran dapat lebih efektif dan tepat sasaran”, tuturnya.
Selain itu, Agar dalam melaksanakan tugas dengan humanis, terkait Penanganan hukum, dan memberikan ketegasan kepada anggota agar kita tetap bersahaja.”ujarnya.
Kapolres juga berharap kepada para Pejabat Utama dan Kapolsek agar mengantisipasi Kegiatan- Kegiatan kedepan terkait Situasi kamtibmas di wilayah hukum Polres Majalengka,”tandasnya.
“Kapolres juga agar para jajarannya mensosialisasikan kembali 110 sebagai layanan Kepolisian Kepada Masyarakat”,kata Kapolres Majalengka AKBP Edwin Affandi.(Redaksi Swanara)
