Lahat – Pada hari ini Senin (09/01), Kapolres Lahat AKBP Eko Sumaryanto SIK. MSI, yang diwakili oleh Kabag Ops Kompol Aan Sumardi SE. MM, melakukan pengawalan dan pengamanan aksi unjuk rasa damai yang dilakukan oleh Aktivis dan Media Lahat Bersatu ke Kantor Pengadilan Negeri Lahat.
Aksi unjuk rasa damai dari aliansi aktivis Lahat dan Media bersatu Kabupaten Lahat di pimpin koordinator lapangan saudara Widodo Arman dan koordinator lapangan saudara Saryono Anwar dan Mansur yadi serta kawan- kawan yang berjumlah kurang lebih 30 orang menuntut keadilan kasus pemerkosaan anak di bawah umur yg menurut para aktivis telah menciderai hukum di Indonesia khususnya di kejaksaan dan pengadilan Negeri Lahat yang telah memponis ketiga tersangka 10 (Sepuluh Bulan Kurungan Penjara).
Para aktivis sebelumnya melakukan orasi di depan Kantor Pengadilan Negeri Lahat dan meminta kepada Kejaksaan Negeri Lahat untuk melakukan Banding atau PK terhadap tuntutan jaksa yang hanya menutup 7 bulan penjara, dan vonis hakim selama 10 bulan penjara kurungan.
Setelah melaksanakan orasi para pendemo yang dipasilitasi Polres Lahat telah melakukan Audensi dengan pihak Kejaksaan dan pihak Pengadilan Negeri Lahat.
Dalam Audensi tersebut di hadiri oleh Kapolres lahat AKBP Eko Sumaryanto, SIK, MSi, ketua pengadilan Negeri Lahat Renaldo menzi Hasoloan Tobing SH. MH, Ketua Kejaksaan Negeri Lahat yang di wakili Kasi Intel Paizal SH, dan sepuluh perwakilan para aksi unjuk rasa.
Hasil dari Audensi yang sebelumnya sudah di jelaskan dan dipaparkan oleh Ketua PN Lahat tentang putusan Hakim selama 10 bulan untuk ke 3 tersangka, bahwasanya Hakim yang memegang perkara tersebut sudah memiliki sertipikat penanganan kasus anak di bawah umur, dan sudah melalui pertimbangan- pertimbangan sesuai dengan aturan.
Bahwasanya para perwakilan pendemo tetap menuntut kepada Kejaksaan Negeri Lahat untuk melakukan Banding, dan meminta kepada Jaksa penuntut umum yg memegang kasus perkara ini untuk di periksa oleh dewan pengawasan kejaksaan dan dewan hakim pengawasan, serta perwakilan pendemo akan tetap melayangkan surat ke ka jagung dan ke Presiden RI untuk meminta keadilan.(redaksi Swanara)
