Pembangunan yang berada di area Markas Polres Grobogan bagian belakang tersebut diresmikan pada Jum’at, (30/09/2022). Secara resmi pengoperasionalan gedung tersebut dilakukan Kapolres Grobogan, AKBP Benny Setyowadi.
Acara peresmian yang dihadiri para Pejabat Utama Polres Grobogan Polda Jawa Tengah serta Kapolsek jajaran Polres Grobogan tersebut dilakukan secara sederhana.
Kapolres Grobogan, AKBP Benny Setyowadi mengatakan, kantor baru Satnarkoba tersebut merupakan sarana dan prasarana penunjang satuan narkoba yang selama ini kurang representatif. Ia berharap, dengan adanya kantor baru, kinerja Satnarkoba bisa meningkat jauh lebih baik.
“Dengan adanya kantor baru ini, saya berharap dapat meningkatkan kinerja yang jauh lebih baik dalam mendukung tugas dan fungsi satuan narkoba, untuk meminimalisir peredaran dan pengguna narkoba di wilayah hukum Polres Grobogan”, ungkapnya.
Usai diresmikan, dilakukan dengan doa bersama dan syukuran yang dikemas dengan pemotongan tumpeng. Kemudian pemotongan pita oleh Kapolres Grobogan AKBP Benny Setyowadi.(Redaksi Swanara)
