Demak – Polres Demak berhasil meraih juara dua lomba tarik tambang putra dan juara dua lomba tenis meja dalam rangkaian kegiatan peringatan hari kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia ke 77 tingkat Kabupaten Demak yang digelar di kantor Setda Demak pada bulan Agustus 2022.
Lomba tarik tambang dan tenis meja ini diikuti oleh instansi dan Organsisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) Kabupaten Demak.
Perwakilan dari masing-masing lomba tarik tambang dan tenis meja menyerahkan trophy dan penghargaan tersebut kepada Kapolres Demak, Selasa (6/9/2022).
Kapolres Demak AKBP Budi Adhy Buono mengatakan, terima kasih kepada anggota atas perjuangannya sehingga dapat membawa nama baik Polres Demak.
“Syukur Alhamdulillah Polres Demak meraih juara dua di masing-masing cabang lomba tarik tambang dan tenis meja” katanya.
Ia menuturkan, dalam persiapan mengikuti lomba ini, pihaknya memperintahkan personel yang tersprin untuk melakukan persiapan-persiapan, seperti olahraga dan menjaga kesehatan.
“Kuncinya adalah olahraga rutin dan memberikan motivasi agar bisa membawa nama baik Polres Demak,” tuturnya.
Atas kemenangan ini, Kapolres berharap agar anggotanya semakin kompak dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya.
“Alhamdullah, Polres Demak dapat turut memerihakan hari kemerdekaan RI ke 77. Semoga kedepan semakin baik dalam menjalankan tugas untuk bangsa dan negara,” pungkasnya.
