Dalam Amanat Apel gabungan dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk sinergitas antara pemerintah daerah dengan instansi terkait yang ada di Kab. Batola untuk saling membantu, mensuport dan mendukung kegiatan masing-masing sehingga pelayanan dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dapat berjalan dengan baik.
