Sumsel – Kapolda Sumsel, Irjen Pol A Rachmad Wibowo SIK memimpin rapat anev realisasi anggaran Triwulan I tahun anggaran 2023 jajaran Polda Sumsel, di ruang vicon lantai 2 Gedung Utama Presisi Mapolda Sumsel, Selasa (28/3).
“Dalam rapat yang dilakukan saya menekankan empat hal yang berkaitan dengan konflik sosial, antisipasi karhutla, aksi teror dan pelanggaran anggota Polri,” ujarnya disela-sela kegiatan rapat anev realisasi anggaran Triwulan I tahun anggaran 2023 jajaran Polda Sumsel.
Dirinya mengatakan, bahwa empat hal tersebut wajib di lakukan personel untuk mengatasi permasalahan, sehingga empat hal tersebut bisa ditekan. “Kita harapkan dalam tahun 2023 ini tidak ada PR, sehingga personel harus bekerja dengan maksimal,” katanya.
Wakapolda Sumsel, Brigjen Pol M Zulkarnain SIK M Si menambahkan, bahwa pihaknya menilai adanya tekanan terhadap mental anggota, bantuan sembako hingga daerah rawan karhutla.
“Untuk itu kita harus melakukan penegakan terhadap anggota secara humanis, sehingga tekanan terhadap mental anggota tidak jatuh. Karena kita tidak tahu apakah mereka memiliki masalah ataupun tidak sehingga dengan adanya tekanan mental akan mempengaruhi anggota tersebut,” tambahnya.
Mengenai karhutla akan dilakukan pendataan sehingga akan melakukan koordinasi dengan instansi terkait, dalam membantu pencegahan terjadinya karhutla.
“Dengan data tererbut kita dapat melakukan pencegahan dengan menempatkan anggota di daerah rawan Karhutla,” tuturnya.
