“Kunjungan tersebut dalam rangka pengawasan dan pengecekan terkait pelayanan yang ada di Polres Pandeglang. Diminta juga untuk pelayanan yang terbaik harus ditingkatkan untuk masyarakat supaya kita bisa menjadi pelayan masyarakat yang baik,” jelasnya.
Kombes. Pol. Didik Hariyanto mengatakan bahwa Kapolda juga meninjau beberapa layanan seperti pelayanan SPKT, Satpas, Rutan, SKCK, dan pelayanan Polsek di wilayah hukum Polres Pandeglang.
“Pertama yang dicek layanan 110, pengecekan ruang tahanan, posko presisi, setelah itu ke pelayanan pembuatan SKCK, pelayanan SIM dan praktik uji SIM,” ungkapnya.
Kabid Humas menyampaikan dengan adanya pembaharuan uji praktik SIM tersebut diharapkan pelayanan itu bisa memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat yang ingin membuat SIM baik tentang ujian teorinya, praktiknya, sampai dengan keberhasilan untuk pembuatan SIM.
“Ini tentunya untuk mempermudah pelayanan kepada masyarakat dan bisa dirasakan oleh masyarakat bahwa kesadaran untuk berkendara harus mempunyai SIM dan harus melalui beberapa tes yang harus dilaksanakan,” katanya.(Redaksiswanara)
