Bantul – Kanit Samapta Polsek Pajangan Ipda Agus Nugroho bersama Bhabinkamtibmas Kalurahan Sendangsari Aipda Moh. Jumadi mengikuti kegiatan Prokasih (Program Kali Bersih) yang dilaksanakan di Dusun Mangir Kidul, Sendangsari, Pajangan, Bantul, Kamis pagi (26/10/2023).
Program kali bersih pertama kali dilakukan pada tahun 1989 yang bertujuan membangkitkan kesadaran menjaga kebersihan sungai dan kehidupan berkelanjutan.
Bupati Bantul H. Abdul Halim Muslih mengatakan bahwa program Daerah Bantul Bersama Bersih Sampah Tahun 2025 yang telah dimulai sejak dua tahun yang lalu.
Beliau mengajak seluruh warga masyarakat Bantul untuk menyikapi sampah sejak dari rumah tangga.
“Kalau bisa dipilah sejak dari rumah tangga itu sangat bagus, itulah yang kita harapkan, kita inginkan,” tuturnya.
Tetapi, lanjutnya, kalau di tingkat rumah tangga tidak bisa dipilah, maka harus dipilah di tingkat RT atau setidaknya di tingkat Padukuhan, karena di Padukuhan sudah kita fasilitasi dengan anggaran Rp 50 juta per Padukuhan se Kabupaten Bantul.
“Program kali bersih atau Prokasih ini akan terus kita lanjutkan di Kabupaten Bantul, sampai Bantul benar-benar bersih dari sampah paling lambat tahun 2025,” ujarnya.
Pada kegiatan tersebut juga dilakukan penanaman pohon secara simbolis oleh Bupati Bantul bersama komunitas sungai dan bersih kali.
