Kegiatan ini berlangsung di gedung serbaguna Manggolo Manis komplek Kalurahan Pendowoharjo, jalan Bantul Km. 7, Cepit, Pendowoharjo, Sewon, Bantul dan di prakarsai oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Bantul melalui Sekretaris Daerah bagian Kesra.
Hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut Wakil Bupati Bantul Joko Budi Purnomo, Kapolsek Sewon dalam kesempatan ini diwakili oleh Kanit Samapta AKP Sumanta, Panewu Sewon Hartini SIP,MM., Kepala KUA Sewon Mustafied Amna, S.Ag, M.H., Baznas Kabupaten Bantul , Lurah Pendowoharjo H. Hilmi Hakimudin S.Pdi., Pamong Kalurahan Pendowoharjo, Kaum Rois se Kapanewon Sewon.
Usai sambutan dari wakil Bupati Bantul Joko Budi Purnomo dilanjutkan dengan pemberian tali asih yang diserahkan secara simbolis, dan diterima oleh perwakilan kaum rois.
