MARTAPURA – Kapolsek Madang Suku II, Polres OKU Timur, Polda Sumsel Iptu Arfandi, pada Kamis (09/03/2023) kembali menerima serahan Senjata api rakitan (Senpira).
Satu pucuk Senpira laras panjang jenis locok diserahkan oleh Kades Rasuan Baru Kecamatan Madang Suku II, OKU Timur Iqbal (40).
Kapolres OKU Timur AKBP Dwi Agung Setyono, SIK, MH, melalui Kapolsek Madang Suku II, Iptu Arfandi, mengatakan, sebelum diserahkan ke pihak kepolisian warga pemilik Senpira terlebih dahulu menyerahkan Senpira ke Kades.
Namun sebelumnya pihaknya sudah gencar mengingatkan masyarakat yang memiliki Senpira untuk segera menyerahkan kepada Polisi maupun perangkat desa. Karena jika tertangkap dan ketahuan memiliki Senpi pasti ada sanksi hukumnya,katanya.
Setelah penyerahan Senpira dibuatkan BA dan ditandatangani oleh masing-masing pihak, selanjutnya Senpira sementara disimpan di Gudang Polsek Madang suku II,ujarnya.
Dasar penyerahan, rencana Operasi Senpi Musi 2023 Polda Sumsel Nomor : R/RENOPS-223/II/OPS.1.3./2023, tanggal 17 Februari 2023 Tentang Penegakan Hukum Terhadap Kejahatan Penyalahgunaan Senjata Api. Surat perintah Kapolda Sumsel Nomor : Sprin/400/II/OPS.1.3./2023, Tanggal 16 Februari 2023 Tentang Personel Yang Melaksanakan Operasi Senpi Musi 2023.Surat Telegram Kapolres OKU Timur Nomor : STR / 04 / II / Ops. 1.3 / 2023 tgl 22 Februari 2023.
Surat Perintah Kapolres OKU Timur Nomor : Sprin/180/II/OPS 1.3/2023, tanggal 22 Februari 2023 tentang personil yg melaksanakan Operasi Senpi Musi 2023
Setelah penyerahan Senpira dibuatkan BA dan ditandatangani oleh masing-masing pihak, selanjutnya Senpira sementara disimpan di Gudang Polsek Madang suku II,ungkapnya.
