Gresik – Personel Satresnarkoba Polres Gresik menangkap dua pengedar sabu pada Minggu 12 Maret 2023 pukul 18.30 WIB.
Kedua tersangka adalah Alif Satrianata umur 30 tahun warga alamat Dusun Mulyosari Desa Sidomukti Kecamatan Bungah, Gresik dan Muhammad Wahyudin.
Polisi lebih dulu meringkus Muhammad Wahyudin pada Hari Minggu, tanggal 12 Maret 2023, sekira jam : 01.00 Wib.
Petugas kepolisian satnarkoba polres Gresik telah melakukan penangkapan terhadap pelaku tindak pidana penyalahgunaan dan peredaran gelap Narkotika Golongan I jenis Shabu yang diduga dilakukan oleh Muhammad Wahyudin di Jalan Raya Permata 07 Graha Bunder Asri Kecamatan Kebomas, Kabupaten Gresik.
“Pada saat diamankan dan dilakukan penggeledahan terhadap pelaku didapati menguasai barang bukti berupa satu bungkus bekas rokok yang didalamnya berisi satu plastik klip yang berisi Kristal warna putih diduga narkotika jenis shabu dengan berat timbang bruto 0,17 Gram,” tegasnya.
Menurut keterangannya dibeli Alif Satrianata. Selanjutnya Pada Hari Minggu, tanggal 12 Maret 2023, sekira jam : 18.30 Wib di depan rumah Dusun Mulyosari RT 07 RW. 04 Desa Sidomukti Kecamatan Bungah Kabupaten Gresik.
Barang bukti yang diamankan satu buah HP, uang tunai sebesar Rp. 950.000, satu pipet kaca, satu buah skrop yang terbuat dari potongan sedotan plastic, satu pak Plastik Klip.
“Alif Satrianata ditangkap petugas satnarkoba polres Gresik. Selanjutnya tersangka dan barang bukti dibawa ke Polres Gresik guna penyidikan lebih lanjut,” tegasnya lagi.
Kedua tersangka dijerat dengan Pasal 114 ayat (1) UU RI No. 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika.(Redaksiswanara)
