Kasubdit Resmob Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya, AKBP Titus Yudho Ully, menjelaskan bahwa awalnya pelaku sempat menyewa jasa korban melalui aplikasi online. Kemudian, memesan pagi dua kali melalui Whatsapp.
Pada pemesanan terakhir itu, pelaku memberikan makan kepada korban yang makanannya sudah dicampur kecubung. Akhirnya, korban tidak sadar karena mabuk.
“Setelah korban mabuk, dibuang di pinggir tol,” ujarnya dalam konferensi pers, Jumat (14/4/23).
Saat dibuang di pinggir tol Jagorawi, korban tertabrak kendaraan lain dan meninggal dunia. Pelaku pun membawa kabur kendaraan milik korban.
Para tersangka dikenakan dikenakan Pasal 365 KUHP dengan pidana penjara paling lama 15 tahun penjara.(Redaksiswanara)
