Puncak acara Hari Lanjut Usia Nasional (HLUN) ke 27 dan Hari Taruna Siaga Bencana (Tagana) Nasional ke 19 yang digelar Senin (29/05/2023) yang akan datang tinggal beberapa hari.
Kabupaten Dharmasraya yang ditunjuk sebagai tuan rumah hampir merampungkan seluruh persiapan, baik di lingkungan kantor bupati, maupun 11 lokasi yang tersebar di seluruh Kecamatan.
Berdasarkan pantauan, sebuah tenda besar sudah berdiri di halaman Kantor Bupati Dharmasraya. Tenda ini nantinya akan menjadi lokasi utama, dimana Menteri Sosial Tri Rismaharini akan memberi sambutan dan memukul gong sebagai tanda dimulainya Pelayanan Lansia Terpadu. Dari lokasi ini pula, Walikota Surabaya periode 2010-2020 itu akan menyapa Lansia di 11 titik Kecamatan, melalui teleconference.
Masih di komplek kantor bupati, ratusan tenda dan booth berukuran sedang dan kecil juga sudah berdiri. Berbagai kegiatan awal sudah dilaksanakan di sana.
Petugas PT. Telkomsel tampak lalu lalang dengan berbagai macam peralatan untuk memastikan signal telekomunikasi tidak terganggu saat acara.
Selain itu, tamu-tamu yang merupakan peserta dan partisipan kegiatan, sudah mulai terlihat di lokasi-lokasi acara. Tingkat hunian hotel dan penginapan di seluruh Dharmasraya sudah penuh menampung tamu yang datang dari seluruh Indonesia. Untuk mengantisipasi melonjaknya pengunjung, rumah-rumah warga juga disiapkan sebagai penginapan bagi peserta yang tidak kebagian hotel. Rumah makan, restoran bahkan kedai-kedai kopi-pun turut pula mendapat berkah.
Sepanjang jalan lintas Sumatera disemarakkan berbagai spanduk, baliho dan umbul-umbul sebagai tanda bahwa kabupaten yang terletak di pintu utama Provinsi Sumatera Barat dari arah selatan ini sudah siap menggelar alek tingkat nasional.
Pun kantor-kantor pemerintah maupun swasta mulai bersolek. Lingkungan yang awalnya sudah rapi dibuat semakin rapi, siap menampakkan wajah manis kepada tetamu yang akan bertandang.
Di media sosial, percakapan tentang Hari Lanjut Usia Nasional ke 27 dan Hari Taruna Siaga Bencana ke 19 trafik-nya sudah mulai meningkat. Warganet Dharmasraya turut berpartisipasi dengan memposting foto mereka dengan bingkai twibbon, sambil menambahkan tagar #HLUNKE29DHARMASRAYA, #HARITAGANAKE19 dan #LansiaTerawatIndonesiaTerawat.
Bupati Dharmasraya, Sutan Riska Tuanku Kerajaan, terus memantau dan memberi pengarahan kepada Sekda dan kepala OPD untuk memastikan pengorganisasian kegiatan berjalan sebagaimana mestinya.
Bagi Ketua Umum Asosiasi Pemerintahan Seluruh Indonesia (Apkasi) itu, sukses kegiatan nasional di Kabupaten Dharmasraya berarti memberi kesan positif bagi pemerintah pusat, yang bermuara kepada meningkatnya kepercayaan untuk menggelontorkan dana APBN di kabupaten yang ia pimpin.
Di temui paska meresmikan Kampung Siaga Bencana, Jum’at (26/05/2023), Sutan Riska mengatakan, dengan hampir rampungnya semua persiapan, Dharmasraya siap melangsungkan puncak acara pada Senin yang akan datang.
“Alhamdulillah persiapan kita mengelar puncak acara HLUN ke 27 dan hari Tagana ke 19 sudah hampir rampung, baik dari segi teknis maupun non teknis, InsyaAllah Senin semua sudah OK,” kata Sutan Riska.
Sutan Riska mengajak warga untuk turut mensukseskan kegiatan demi memberi kesan positif kepada Kabupaten Dharmasraya. Dirinya menjelaskan, banyak keuntungan yang didapatkan dengan dilaksanakannya kegiatan ini di Dharmasraya.
“Saya ajak kita semua agar turut berpatisipasi aktif, menunjukkan sikap yang ramah, sopan dan bersahabat kepada tamu, agar informasi positif tentang Dharmasraya sampai ke seluruh Indonesia,” tukasnya. ( Tarmizi )
