Batu Bara di bawah Pimpinan Kasi P2 Bapak Gustap Hermawan,Jumat 2 Juni 2023 pukul 00.18 Wib, berawal adanya informasi masyarakat.
Kapendam I/BB Kolonel Inf Rico Julianto Siagian menyebutkan bahwa keberhasilan tim gabungan berawal pada hari Kamis 01 Juni 2023 pukul 23.40 Wib, Tim Gabungan Monitoring Deninteldam I/BB dan Bea Cukai Kab. Batu bara mendapat laporan dari masyarakat bahwa adanya barang selundupan yang diduga berupa Ball Pres Baju Bekas yang di muat oleh mobil Indah Logistic cargo Nopol B 9832 FXU tepat nya di Jalinsum Sumatera tepatnya di RM. Binaria Kec. Lima Puluh Kab. Batu Bara.
“Menerima informasi tersebut Tim Gabungan langsung mengecek kelokasi, akan tetapi saat tiba dilokasi mobil Indah Logistic cargo Nopol B 9832 FXU yang diduga bermuatan Ball Pres Baju Bekas telah bergerak dari RM. Binaria Kec. Lima Puluh Kab. Batu Bara menuju Medan dan tim langsung bergerak mengejar kendaraan Indah Logistic cargo Nopol B 9832 FXU tersebut,”jelas Kapendam kepada awak media di Media Centre Jalan Rotan ,Medan Petisah, Sabtu (3/06/2023) petang.
Masih diterangkan Kapendam, selanjutnya tepatnya pada hari Jumat tanggal 02 Juni 2023 pukul 00.18 Wib, di Jalinsum Sumatera Kec. Lima Puluh Kab. Batu Bara yang berjarak ± 3 KM dari RM. Binaria Kec. Lima Puluh Kab. Batu Bara kendaraan tersebut berhasil di temukan oleh tim gabungan dan menurut pengakuan sopir bernama Imam Murianto mereka membawa barang yang diduga bermuatan Ball Pres Baju Bekas sebanyak 22 Koli yang dimuat dari Kota Bandung dan akan di bawa ke Medan.
Selanjutnya, tim gabungan langsung membawa kendaraan Indah Logistic cargo Nopol B 9832 FXU yang diduga bermuatan barang selundupan berupa Ball Pres dan sopir bernama Imam Murianto di bawa ke Kantor Bea Cukai Kab. Batu Bara Jalan Akses Road Inalum Kec. Sei Suka Kab. Batu Bara. guna proses sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.
Sesampainya dikantor Bea Cukai, pada hari ini Sabtu 03 Juni 2023 pukul 01.15 Wib, dilaksanakan Kegiatan pemilahan barang yang di lakukan oleh Pihak Bea Cukai Kuala Tanjung dan di saksikan oleh pihak Indah Logistic Cargo dan di temukan sebanyak 22 karung Ball Press yang berisi Pakaian Bekas.
“Penindakan ini dilakukan karena maraknya penyelundupan Barang Import berupa Ball Press atau Pakaian Bekas di wilayah Sumut sesuai arahan Presiden Republik Indonesia terkait penanganan peredaran pakaian bekas ilegal impor yang berdampak pada industri tekstil dalam Negeri dan juga dapat menimbulkan efek negatif terhadap kesehatan keselamatan keamanan dan lingkungan karena komoditas ini dapat dikategorikan sebagai limbah pakaian bekas sepatu bekas merupakan barang larangan impor,”tegas Rico.
“Selanjutnya barang ilegal rencananya akan di bawa ke Gudang Bea Cukai Belawan sedangkan barang Domestik/legal langsung di bawa oleh Pihak Indah Logiatik Cargo,”tandas Rico.
