Banjarnegara – Program Jumat Curhat bersama masyarakat menjadi agenda Polres Banjarnegara, sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan silaturahmi dan menampung segala aspirasi, kritik, masukan serta keluhan di tengah masyarakat.
“Polres Banjarnegara hari ini menggelar kegiatan jum’at curhat Masjid Jami Al Muttaqin Kelurahan Semarang Banjarnegara yang juga dilaksanakan oleh 20 Polsek Jajaran Polres Banjarnegara”, katanya usai kegiatan, Jum’at (6/1/2023).
Ia menjelaskan, kegiatan dalam rangka silatrurahmi dengan masyarakat, bahwa Polri saat memiliki pusat panggilan 110, ketika masyarkat mendapatkan masalah, baik terkait pidana atau tidak agar melapor kepada Polres Banjarnegara.
“Orang sakit boleh, orang hamil yang butuh dokter, akan akan kita koordinsikan dengan instnsi terkait”, ujarnya.
Menurut dia, adanya kegiatan ini, pihaknya bisa mengetahui secara langsung keluhan dan kondisi masyarakat sebagai acuan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan Kepolisian.
“Saat ini kami sedang mencoba membuka diri kepada masyarakat, kita menampung segala aspirasi dan keluhan masyarakat,” ucapnya.
Setelah menerima masukan dan aduan, lanjut AKBP Hendri, pihaknya akan mengelola apa yang menjadi keluhan masyarakat sehingga bisa memetakan sekaligus mencari solusinya permasalahan yang ada.
“Kami siap membantu apabila masyarakat membutuhkan pertolongan terkait dengan kamtibmas dan hal apapun,” kata dia.
Ia berharap, kegiatan ini dapat membangun hubungan yang baik antara Polres Banjarnegara dan masyarakat.
“Bisa menciptakan Kamtibmas yang aman dan tenang dan kondusif dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat,” harapnya.
Tidak hanya mendengarkan masukan aspirasi masyarakat, pada saat kegiatan tersebut Kapolres bersama PJU Polres juga memberikan bantuan kepada masyarakat.
