Cilacap – Empat orang telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dalam kasus pengeroyokan yang menyebabkan korban meninggal dunia yang ditemukan di kelurahan Tritih Kulon, Cilacap. Kejadian tragis ini berawal dari adanya saling ejek di media sosial antara korban berinisial R.A. dengan pelaku berinisial A.J.P., W.U., R.N.P., dan M.F.S.
Kapolresta Cilacap Kombes Pol Fannky Ani Sugiharto, S.I.K., M.H., mengatakan pertikaian di media sosial ini berujung pada pertemuan antara korban dan para pelaku untuk saling serang menggunakan senjata tajam.
Dalam serangan itu, korban R.A. mengalami luka tusukan yang parah di beberapa bagian tubuhnya. Ditemukan dua luka tusukan di dada sebelah kiri, satu luka tusukan di pantat sebelah kiri, serta luka robek di bawah mata kanan. Luka-luka tersebut menyebabkan korban meninggal dunia.
Atas kejadian itu Satreskrim Polresta Cilacap segera melakukan penyelidikan. Berkat upaya yang dilakukan, polisi berhasil menemukan dan menangkap keempat tersangka.
Tersangka pertama, A.J.P., seorang remaja berusia 17 tahun, merupakan warga Tasikmalaya, Jawa Barat. Tersangka kedua, W.U., juga berusia 17 tahun, berasal dari Kelurahan Cilacap. Sementara itu, tersangka ketiga, R.N.P., yang berusia 16 tahun, merupakan warga Kelurahan Gumilir, Kecamatan Cilacap Utara. Dan tersangka terakhir, M.F.S., adalah seorang remaja berusia 13 tahun yang berasal dari Kelurahan Tegalreja, mereka dijerat perbuatan pengeroyokan yang menyebabkan matinya sebagaimana dimaksud dalam pasal 170 ayat ( 2 ) ke 3e KUHP dengan ancaman hukuman penjara 12 tahun
Tiga sepeda motor, satu bilah pedang katana, dan dua bilah celurit berhasil diamankan sebagai barang bukti dari aksi kekerasan yang dilakukan oleh para tersangka.
Sedangkan 7 orang lainnnya yaitu H.R.R , M.S , Y.D.E, R.A.S, A.Z, F.L dan S als.S dijerat karena membawa dan memiliki senjata tajam sesuai dengan pasal 1 ayat 1 UU Darurat No.12 tahun 1951dengan ancaman penjara selama lamanya 20 tahun
Kapolresta Cilacap menekankan bahwa tindakan kekerasan semacam ini tidak dapat ditoleransi. “Kami menghimbau kepada semua pihak, terutama generasi muda, untuk menyelesaikan konflik dengan cara yang damai dan menggunakan jalur komunikasi yang tepat. Kekerasan hanya akan memperburuk situasi dan berujung pada konsekuensi yang serius,” katanya.(maman Kabiro Cilacap)
