Banyumas – Tim pemberantasan Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) Kabupaten Banyumas menangkap seorang pengedar narkoba di Desa Banteran, Kecamatan Sumbang, Banyumas. BNN menyebut pil ekstasi yang diedarkan pria inisial AM (33) itu jenis baru yang tak mudah terdeteksi.
Kepala Bidang Pemberantasan BNN Provinsi Jateng, Kombes M Arif Dimjati mengatakan penangkapan tersebut berawal dari laporan masyarakat pada Senin (2/10) lalu, tentang adanya penyalahgunaan dan peredaran narkotika di wilayah tersebut.
“Tim pemberantasan BNN langsung melakukan penyelidikan dan mengamankan AM, Selasa (3/10) malam,” katanya.
“Dari hasil penggeledahan didapati adanya 13 butir pil berwarna biru di dalam bungkus rokok yang diduga ekstasi dengan motif cetakan kepala singa dan tulisan Kenzo di sisi sebaliknya dengan berat bruto kurang lebih 6,13 gram,” imbuhnya.
Menurut Arif, pil tersebut merupakan narkotika jenis baru yang tidak dapat dideteksi dengan cara biasa.
“Jadi ini memang pil ekstasi jenis baru di Banyumas dan di Jateng. Karena waktu kita cek dengan alat standar tidak terdeteksi. Terus kita lakukan pendalaman dan dicek di laboratorium forensik milik Polda Jateng, baru terdeteksi ada kandungan epilon,” ungkapnya.
Dalam Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan RI Nomor 7 Tahun 2018 tentang Perubahan Penggolongan Narkotika, Arif menjelaskan, epilon termasuk dalam narkotika golongan 1 yang tidak boleh diedarkan.
“Epilon ini bekerja dengan cara menstimulasi sistem saraf pusat penggunanya dan efek yang ditimbulkan hampir sama dengan ekstasi,” terangnya.
“Yaitu memunculkan rasa senang berlebihan, menurunkan nafsu makan, dan memicu depresi. Epilon ini lebih cepat reaksinya dibandingkan ekstasi jenis lain dan baru kali ini diungkap peredarannya di wilayah Kabupaten Banyumas,” jelasnya.
Berdasarkan hasil penyidikan, pil tersebut akan diedarkan di wilayah Banyumas dengan harga Rp 400 ribu sampai Rp 500 ribu per butir.
Arif menambahkan, tersangka mengaku bahwa pil tersebut dia dapat dari seseorang berinisial MN, yang saat ini masih ditelusuri keberadaannya.
“MN sudah ditetapkan masuk ke dalam Daftar Pencarian Orang (DPO),” tegasnya.
Atas perbuatannya, AM dijerat dengan Pasal 114 ayat (2) jo Pasal 132 ayat (1) subsider Pasal 112 ayat (2) jo Pasal 132 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika dengan ancaman pidana penjara maksimal 20 tahun.
“Tindak lanjut dari kasus ini, BNN Kabupaten Banyumas akan terus melakukan penyelidikan dan penyidikan secara intensif dengan berkoordinasi dan bersinergi dengan pihak terkait guna menemukan bandar yang sampai saat ini masih DPO dan mengungkap jaringan peredaran gelap narkotika,” katanya.(Redaksiswanara)
