ASAHAN – Bhabinkamtibmas Polsek Kota Kisaran Polres Asahan melaksanakan Problem Solving / mediasi terkait keresahan masyarakat terhadap Orang Dalam Gangguan Jiwa (ODGJ) di Kelurahan Siumbut Baru Kecamatan Kisaran Timur Kabupaten Asahan Selasa (06/06/2023).
Turut hadir dalam problem Solving Rahman Harahap, SH Lurah Siumbut Baru, Babinsa 02/08 Asahan Serka Syafriman, Bhabinkamtibmas Aipda Andreas Siregar, Satpol PP Kabupaten Asahan, UPT Puskesmas Mutiara Suhardi, Ketua LPM, dan Masyarakat Kelurahan.Siumbut Baru.
Sebelum diamankan, Bhabinkantibmas menerima pengaduan adanya ODGJ oleh warga karena dikuatirkan mengganggu aktivitas warga karena keberadaan ODGJ tersebut.
“Kegiatan kemitraan Polri dan 3 Pilar dengan bersama-sama melakukan kegiatan problem Solving karena adanya keluhan warga yang merasa terganggu dengan adanyan ODGJ atau Sakit Jiwa,” kata Kapolsek Kota Kisaran Iptu Parlaungan Pane.
Iptu Parlaungan Pane menjelaskan, karena sudah meresahkan dan ditakutkan mengganggu keamanan warga masyarakat, seseorang yang diduga mengidap penyakit gangguan jiwa terpaksa diamankan oleh Bhabinkamtibmas Polsek Kota Kisaran dan pihak kelurahan serta petugas kesehatan dari puskesmas.
Berdasarkan kejadian tersebut Lurah bersama dengan Instansi terkait melakukan mediasi dan memutuskan agar membawa Nur Asnisam (49) ke Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Asahan.
“Kegiatan ini merupakan ke Mitraan Bhabinkamtibmas di wilayah masing – masing untuk menciptakan Kamtibmas yang aman dan kondusif dengan bersinergi bersama unsur terkait,” katanya.(Red)
