Hal tersebut dilakukan guna mencegah terjadinya kasus pencurian kendaraan bermotor (curanmor) di area persawahan.
“Anggota kami berdayakan untuk patroli blusukan di sawah dan pemukiman, dengan tujuan utama menjaga keamanan warga, salah satunya antisipasi curanmor di sawah,” ucap Kapolres Blora, Minggu, (05/03/2023).
Kapolres menjelaskan bahwa sebagian besar penduduk Blora adalah petani, sehingga saat ini banyak warga yang menghabiskan waktu beraktivitas di sawah. Banyak dari mereka menggunakan sepeda motor, sebagai sarana transportasi dari rumah ke persawahan.
Namun disayangkan, warga kadang abai untuk mengamankan kendaraan miliknya, ketika beraktivitas di sawah.
“Jadi ini, berdasarkan pantauan anggota di lapangan, banyak sepeda motor diparkir di tepi jalan area persawahan. Maka dari itu, instruksi ini sangat perlu dilakukan guna mencegah terjadinya kasus curanmor,” bebernya.
Instruksi tersebut langsung ditindaklanjuti anggota Polsek Jati, yang blusukan ke area persawahan.
