Seperti halnya yang dilakukan oleh Bhabinkamtibmas Desa Lauran Brigpol S. A. Ivakdalam yaitu Melakukan Pemecahan masalah / Problem Solving dengan cara Menyelesaikan permasalahan, Kamis (25/05).
Brigpol S. A. Ivakdalam selaku Bhabinkamtibmas Desa Lauran memecahkan masalah terkait dengan permasalahan dugaan Tindak Pidana Dugaan Perbuatan tidak menyenangkan, yang diduga dilakukan oleh terlapor berinisial AD terhadap Pelapor/ Korban yang berinisial DW
Akibat dari tindakan yang dilakukan oleh Terlapor sehingga pelapor merasa Malu atas perkataan terlapor sehingga melaporkan permasalahan tersebut kepada Pemerintah Desa dan kemudian diteruskan ke Bhabinkamtibmas untuk ditindaklanjuti.
Mendengar hal itu, Bhabinkamtibmas Desa Lauran memerintakan staf Desa untuk membuat surat panggilan kepada Terlapot untuk dilakukan mediasi melalui Musyawarah pasa Kantor Desa Lauran.
Dari hasil mediasi melalui Musyawarah yang dilakukan Bhabinkamtibmas Desa Lauran bersama dengan staf desa lauran akhirnya terlapor mengakui kesalahannya dan meminta maaf kepada Pelapor dan mengeluarkan isi hatinya bahwa kalimat yg dia lontarkan dikarenakan Pelapor yang merupakan anak mantu sengaja melarangnya berdamai dengan anak kandungnya.
Selain itu, Pelapor menjelaskan alasan kenapa dirinya tidak mau mertuanya berdamai dikarenakan perlakuan beberapa tahun lalu yg pernah terjadi sehingga membuat Pelapor sangat trauma dengan kejadian tersebut.
Pada kesempatan itu, Bhabinkamtibmas memberikan beberapa pesan Kamtibmas serta memberikan beberapa pengertian dan pemahaman hukum sehingga kedua belah pihak dapat memahami dan tidak akan mengulangi perbuatannya lagi.
Kedua belah pihak pun sepakat untuk berdamai akan tetapi proses perdamaian dilakukan di rumah tua dari keluarga Pelapor sehingga akan dilakukan secara kekeluargaan.
“Mari kita saling memaafkan, apabila ada kesalahan maupun perkataan waktu kejadian dan waktu pengurusan masalah saat ini agar dapat saling memaafkan guna terciptanya hidup yg aman dan damai” katanya.(Redaksi Swanara)
