Salah satu dampak utama adalah potensi banjir di beberapa daerah, terutama yang memiliki drainase yang kurang optimal. Genangan air di jalan-jalan dan permukiman menjadi pemandangan umum, memerlukan kewaspadaan ekstra dalam mobilitas sehari-hari.
Bertempat di Pendopo Kantor Kelurahan Tegal Besar, Kecamatan Kaliwates, Kabupaten Jember, dilaksanakan kegiatan pembinaan yang sangat penting. Hari ini, Bhabinkamtibmas Tegal Besar, Aipda Reynald, bersama Camat Kaliwates, Ronny Herman Baza, menyelenggarakan kegiatan pembinaan untuk seluruh Ketua RT/RW di Kelurahan Tegal Besar. Jum’at (17/11/2023)
Dengan tema “Upaya Cegah Dini Bencana Menjelang Musim Hujan,” kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kewaspadaan dan kesiapsiagaan masyarakat dalam menghadapi potensi bencana yang mungkin terjadi selama musim hujan.
Aipda Reynald, Bhabinkamtibmas Tegal Besar, memberikan arahan dan informasi kepada seluruh Ketua RT/RW tentang langkah-langkah konkret yang dapat diambil untuk mencegah dan mengatasi bencana. “Kerjasama yang baik antara masyarakat dan pemerintah sangat krusial dalam menghadapi potensi bencana alam. Melalui kegiatan ini, kita berharap dapat bersama-sama menciptakan lingkungan yang aman dan tangguh,” ujar Aipda Reynald.
Camat Kaliwates, Ronny Herman Baza, juga turut menyampaikan pentingnya sinergi antara pemerintah, aparat keamanan, dan masyarakat dalam menghadapi tantangan musim hujan yang dapat membawa dampak negatif.
“Komitmen dan kerjasama semua pihak adalah kunci dalam menjaga keamanan dan kesejahteraan bersama,” tambah Ronny Herman Baza.
Seluruh Ketua RT/RW hadir dengan antusias, menyimak dengan serius setiap informasi yang disampaikan. Diskusi dan tanya jawab juga dilakukan untuk memastikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang langkah-langkah konkret yang perlu diambil.
Kegiatan ini tidak hanya menjadi pembinaan rutin, tetapi juga menjadi langkah nyata dalam membangun kesadaran dan kesiapsiagaan masyarakat menghadapi potensi bencana alam.
