Jakarta – Bareskrim Polri memeriksa istri dan kedua orang tua tersangka dugaan penipuan terhadap PT Asli Rancangan Indonesia (ARI), Rionald Anggara Soerjanto (RAS). Penyidik memeriksa mereka hari ini, Kamis (8/9/2022).
Kabag Penum Divisi Humas Polri Kombes Pol Nurul Azizah mengatakan, istri dan kedua orang tua RAS diduga ikut menerima aliran dana penipuan tersebut.
“Penyidik melaksanakan pemeriksaan terhadap istri dan kedua orang tua dari RAS (Rionald Anggara Soerjanto) yang diduga menerima aliran dana dari tersangka RAS,” kata Nurul dalam keterangannya.
Lebih lanjut, Nurul menyebut pemeriksaan ini dilakukan guna mengetahui aliran dana hasil penipuan dan penggelapan tersangka RAS. Sampai saat ini, Bareskrim terus mengusut tuntas kasus tersebut.
“Penyidikan terkait pencucian uang dilakukan untuk menelusuri aliran dana yang diduga hasil tindak pidana penipuan dan penggelapan yang dilakukan tersangka RAS,” kata Nurul.
Lebih lanjut, Nurul menyebut penyidik menggandeng stakeholder untuk menyelesaikan kasus yang menjerat RAS. Dalam hal ini, penyidik bekerja sama dengan Pusat Pelaporan dan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan (PPATK).
“Proses penyidikan dilaksanakan dengan koordinasi dan dukungan dari PPATK,” pungkas Nurul.
Sebagai informasi, RAS selaku Direktur Operasional diduga terlibat dalam kasus dugaan tindak pidana penipuan dan pencucian uang terhadap PT Asli Rancangan Indonesia. RAS telah ditangkap dan ditahan di Rutan Bareskrim Polri sejak Rabu (31/8) lalu.
Kasus ini diduga terjadi sejak 2018 hingga 2021 di Jakarta dan beberapa kota lainnya di Indonesia. Kasus ini mengakibatkan kerugian dengan nilai mencapai Rp 37,4 miliar.
“Dalam praktiknya, RAS merekrut orang untuk seolah-olah bekerja memasarkan produk PT Asli Rancangan Indonesia serta mengarahkan pembayaran fee pemasaran produk kepada orang yang tidak berhak,” ujar Karo Penmas Divhumas Polri Brigjen Pol Ahmad Ramadhan.(Redaksi Swanara)
