Jakarta – Bareskrim Polri berkomitmen mendukung penegakan hukum untuk mencegah penyelewengan distribusi pupuk bersubsidi dalam rangka menjamin efektivitas program pemerintah tersebut lebih tepat sasaran.
Dirtipidter Bareskrim Polri Brigjen Pipit Rismanto mengatakan, aksi itu akan dilakukan menyusul adanya permasalahan-permasalahan atau potensi terjadinya penyimpangan yang timbul akibat disparitas harga antara pokok bersubsidi dan nonsubsidi.
Dalam penelusuran yang dilakukan, Polri menemukan adanya ketidaktepatan sasaran distribusi pupuk bersubsidi yang dinikmati oleh petani tidak berhak atau memiliki kemampuan ekonomi lebih baik.
“Karena di desa ada petani yang butuh subsidi, dan ada juga yang tidak butuh subsidi tapi disubsidi,” katanya dalam Sosialisasi Kebijakan Pupuk Bersubsidi, dikutip Senin (18/7/2022).
Lebih lanjut Pipit menambahkan, akar dari masalah tersebut muncul dari tidak sinkronnya data penerima pupuk bersubsidi. Jika datanya benar, kata dia, maka distribusi tinggal dikawal.
“Apakah aplikasi atau sistem yang dibangun ini tepat sasaran? Apakah petani yang butuh subsidi paham IT? Belum tentu. Karena itu penguatan kolaborasi harus dilakukan dengan banyak unsur, antara lain perangkat desa, pemuda, Bhabinkamtibmas,” tegas dia.
Menurut Pipit, peraturan yang dibuat harus memberikan manfaat kepada masyarakat. Pipit menyebut manfaat tersebut juga perlu diimbangi kegiatan riil untuk meminimalisir permasalahan.
“Bareskrim siap mendukung dan turun bersama-sama, mulai dari pemetaan, pendataan sampai melakukan penegakan hukum. Ini untuk kepentingan negara,” jelasnya.(redaksi Swanara)
