Acara ini dilaksanakan dari tanggal 25 sampai 31 Mei 2023.
Pelatihan ini wujud kolaborasi antara Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Banyumas dengan Bapelkes Jawa Tengah. Peserta pelatihan ini sebanyak 30 orang dengan persebaran di 28 puskesmas dan Dinkes Banyumas.
Pelatihan dibuka pada Kamis (25/05) melalui zoom meeting dan dihadiri oleh Kepala Bapelkes Jawa Tengah dan Kabid P2P Dinas Kesehatan Banyumas, Sito Hatmoko, SKM, MKM. Fasilitator Pelatihan ini adalah Umi Farida Hidayati,. S.Kep.,Ns.,M.Med.Ed.
Filosofi yang diangkat pada pelatihan ini meliputi 4 point, yaitu:
Prinsip Andragogy untuk menciptakan suasa pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien.
Berorientasi pada Peserta, yaitu mengakomodasi kebutuhan peserta baik dari modul pembelajaran, mentor dan pelatih professional hingga penilaian peningkatan pemahaman dan kompetensi.
Berbasis Kompetensi dengan langkah upgrade keterampilan step by step sesuai standar kompetensi;
Learning by doing, berkesempatan untuk melakukan apa yang sudah dipelajari menggunana metode diskusi kelompok, ceramah tanya jawab, latihan (exercise) baik secara individu maupun kelompok dan praktek lapangan.
Materi yang terdapat pada pelatihan UBM KTR meliputi 3 bagian, yaitu mata pelatihan dasar, inti dan penunjang. Jumlah Jam Pelajaran (JP) pada pelatihan sebanyak 35 JP. Persebaran materi pada mata pelatihan dasar meliputi Kebijakan dan Strategis Pengendalian Penyakit Tidak Menular dan KTR dan Manajemen Penerapan KTR dan Upaya Berhenti Merokok.
Pada Mata Pelajaran Inti, kita belajar mengenai KIE Dampak Konsumsi Rokok Bagi Kesehatan, Upaya Berhenti Merokok, Konseling Upaya Berhenti Merokok di Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan Primer, Pengukuran Faktor Risiko Penyakit Tidak Menular Akibat Rokok, Tindak Lanjut Upaya Berhenti Merokok dan Pencatatan dan Pelaporan Konseling.
Penunjang dari pelatihan ini meliputi mata pelatihan Membangun Komitmen Belajar, Anti Korupsi pada Pelayanan Publik dan Rencana Tindak Lanjut Pelatihan.
