Kajati Sumut Idianto telah tahan Empat terdakwa dugaan korupsi dana Covid-19 ditahan, Kamis (17/3/2022).
Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi Sumatera Utara Idianto melalui Kasi Penkum Yos A Tarigan menyampaikan bahwa Tim JPU dari Kejati Sumut dan Kejari Samosir menahan empat terdakwa dugaan tindak pidana korupsi pada Penyalahgunaan Belanja Tidak Terduga Penanggulangan Bencana Non Alam dalam Penanganan Covid-19 Status Siaga Darurat 2020 di Kabupaten Samosir, SES (selaku rekanan), MT (selaku PPK Kegiatan), SS (PPK Kegiatan) dan JS (Sekda Samosir).
“Tiga terdakwa SES, MT dan SS ditahan lebih awal pada sore hari, kemudian JS selaku Sekda Samosir ditahan malam” kata Yos Tarigan.
Dalam hal ini Idianto Juga menyerukan Siapa Yang bermain korupsi akan berhadapan dan tidak pandang bulu siapapun dia.
Empat terdakwa, lanjut mantan Kasi Pidsus Kejari Deli Serdang ini ditahan di rumah tahanan (Rutan) Kelas 1 Tanjung Gusta Medan.
Berkas dilimpahkan ke Pengadilan Tipikor PN Medan untuk segera disidangkan.
