Bangka – Alumni AKABRI 1990 menggelar Bakti Sosial bertajuk 33 Tahun Mengabdi Untuk Negeri. Hal tersebut sebagai wujud nyata kepedulian kepada masyarakat dan juga sebagai wujud rasa syukur atas pengabdian untuk NKRI Selama 33 Tahun AKABRI 90 serta sebagai bentuk Sinergitas TNI Polri dan Persaudaraan Sesama Alumni.
Acara Bakti Sosial Gelar 90 ini dipusatkan di Jakarta dan dilaksanakan secara serentak diseluruh Indonesia, Sabtu 28 Oktober 2023.
Di Bangka Belitung sendiri, acara Bakti Sosial Gelar AKABRI 90 dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Polda Bangka Belitung.
Kapolda Kep. Babel Irjen. Pol. Dr. Tornagogo Sihombing, S.I.K., M.Si., mengatakan bahwa kegiatan ini diikuti kurang lebih sebanyak 3 ribu masyarakat, yang mana sekaligus akan menerima bantuan sosial berupa sembako sebanyak 1.285 Paket, bantuan Paket Pendidikan berupa seragam sekolah dan alat tulis 1.270 Paket serta Layanan Kesehatan berupa Pengobatan Gratis sebanyak 850 Pasien.
“Kami juga memberikan Paket kepada Penderita Stunting sebanyak 50 Anak dari Desa Batu Belubang Kecamatan Pangkalan Baru Kabupaten Bangka Tengah untuk menerima bantuan PMT (Pemberian Makanan Tambahan) serta Multivitamin dalam upaya mempercepat pemberantasan Stunting,” ungkapnya.
Irjen. Pol. Dr. Tornagogo Sihombing mengatakan bahwa, pihaknya juga melakukan kegiatan lain berupa pemberian bantuan air bersih kepada masyarakat sebanyak 231.000 Liter di seluruh wilayah Kabupaten dan Kota di Babel.
“Terimakasih dan apresiasi kepada seluruh pihak yang telah membantu dan mendukung terselenggaranya kegiatan ini. Kami berharap kegiatan Bakti Sosial hari ini adalah wujud konkret dari komitmen kami untuk memberikan yang terbaik bagi masyarakat sehingga terwujudnya situasi kamtibmas yang aman dan kondusif,” jelasnya.
Diketahui, beragam kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan oleh Alumni AKABRI 90 di Bangka Belitung yang secara serentak dilaksanakan di 7 Kabupaten dan Kota. Mulai dari Bakti Sosial hingga Program Bedah Rumah yang sebelumnya telah dilaksanakan kepada 3 Unit Rumah masyarakat yang ada di Kabupaten Bangka Tengah.(Redaksiswanara)
