Riau – Pihak Polres Meranti kembali mengamankan dua terduga pelaku Kasus Perjudian Jenis Higgs Domino, salah satunya sebagai Agen (Penampung dan Penjual Chip).
Hal ini dibenarkan oleh Kapolres Kepulauan Meranti, AKBP Andi Yul LTG SH SIK MH melalui Kasat Reskrim AKP Arpandy SH MH, Rabu (01/03/2023) pagi.
Dikatakan Kasat berdasarkan Laporan Polisi Nomor : LP/A/06/II/2023/SPKT. SAT RESKRIM/RES. KEP. MERANTI/ POLDA RIAU, dengan Pasal 303 Ayat (1) ke (1) K.U.H.Pidana Jo. Pasal 303 Bis Ayat (1) ke (1) K.U.H.Pidana.
“Kejadiannya pada Minggu 26 Februari 2023 sekitar pukul 20:00 WIB, di Tempat Kejadian Perkara (TKP) di kedai harian yang terletak di jalan Teuku Umar Kelurahan Selatpanjang Kota, Kecamatan Tebingtinggi,” kata Kasat.
Berdasarkan kronologis kejadian, pada Hari Minggu tanggal 26 Februari 2023 sekira pukul 20.00 WIB, pelapor mendapat informasi bahwa di Warung harian yang terletak di jalan Tengku Umar Kelurahan Selatpanjang Kota, sering terjadi dugaan tindak pidana perjudian jenis higgs domino, dan jual-beli Cip untuk permainan judi tersebut.
“Dapat laporan dari Tim Opsnal saya Langsung memerintahkan anggota untuk melakukan penyelidikan dilapangan dan melakukan penangkapan. Pelaku berjumlah dua orang yakni, NS alias Nanang (40) warga desa Alahair Timur selaku Penampung dan penjual (Agen) Cip judi jenis higgs domino, dan WS alias Wawan (43) warga Kelurahan Selatpanjang Kota selaku pembeli Cip higgs domino,” jelas Kasat.
Diterangkan Kasat Reskrim AKP Arpandy SH MH kalau kedua pelaku diamankan sekitar pukul 21:00 WIB dan keduanya mengakui perbuatan tersebut. Tak hanya itu, selain pelaku kita juga membawa Barang Bukti (BB) ke Mapolres Meranti guna proses lebih lanjut.
Adapun beberapa Barang Bukti yang ikut diamankan yakni, Uang tunai sebesar Rp. 600.000 hasil Jual-beli Chip permainan judi jenis Higgs Domino Hari ini, Uang tunai sebesar Rp. 15.000 hasil pembelian dari WS, 2 buah buku ekspedisi catatan Nomor Id aplikasi pemain untuk pembelian Cip judi jenis Higgs Domino ke Bandar (agen), 1 unit handphone merk REDMI A1 Warna biru, dan 1 Unit Handphone Merk VIVO 1901 warna navy.(Redaksiswanara)
