Surabaya. Subdit Siber V Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Khusus Polda Jawa Timur berhasil mengungkap seorang tersangka berinisial FNJ (18) dugaan kasus tindak pidana Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (ITE) di Pasuruan, Jawa Timur.
Kabidhumas Polda Jatim, Kombes. Pol. Dirmanto, S.H., S.I.K, mengungkapan kasus tersebut merupakan hasil patroli siber yang dilakukan Ditreskrimsus Polda Jatim.
“Ini merupakan hasil patroli siber yang dilakukan Ditreskrimsus Polda Jatim, sehingga LP model A,” ungkapnya.
Kasubdit V Cyber Crime Ditreskrimsus Polda Jatim AKBP Henri Novere Santoso, mengungkapkan bahwa tersangka diamankan dan digeledah petugas pada hari Rabu kemarin sekira jam 19.00 WIB.
“Dari penggeledahan itu kami didapatkan tiga unit HP yang digunakan untuk melakukan kejahatannya,” ungkapnya.
AKBP Henri Novere menjelaskan setelah dilakukan pemeriksaan laboratorium dari 3 unit HP itu, didapatkan bukti-bukti kuat bahwa tersangka telah melakukan tindakan mengupload konten asusila terhadap anak di bawah umur dan tidak hanya itu Kasubdit V Cyber Crime Ditreskrimsus Polda Jatim itu juga mengungkapkan Modus tersangka menggunakan akun pribadi miliknya menawarkan konten-konten berupa foto maupun video wanita yang tanpa busana dan beberapa diantaranya adalah anak di bawah umur yang kontenya dijual sekitar mulai dari Rp 25 ribu hingga Rp 250 ribu.
“Hasil dari pemeriksaan terhadap Ahli Sosiologi maupun ITE, semuanya pendapat, bahwa ini terbukti melakukan tindakan melanggar undang-undang ITE,” jelasnya.
Tersangka harus mempertanggungjawabkan perbuatannya, dan dikenakan pasal 27 ayat 1 undang-undang ITE yaitu setiap orang dengan sengaja tanpa hak mendistribusikan dan atau mentransmisikan dan atau membuat dapat diaksesnya informasi elektronik yang memiliki muatan yang melanggar kesusilaan.
“Ancaman pidana penjara paling lama 6 tahun dan atau denda paling banyak satu miliar rupiah,” katanya.(Redaksiswanara)
