Bantul – Jajaran Polsek Sewon berhasil menangkap seseorang perempuan berinisial NN (22), yang diduga menjual minuman keras (miras) oplosan tanpa izin.
Kasi Humas Polres Bantul Iptu I Nengah Jeffry Prana Widnyana menyampaikan pada waktu kejadian tersebut, telah dilakukan penyitaan miras jenis ciu di wilayah Kalurahan Bangunharjo, Kapanewon Sewon, Bantul.
Menurut Jeffry penangkapan tersebut berawal dari laporan dari masyarakat kepada Polsek Sewon terkait dugaan adanya penjual miras tersebut. Setelah mendapatkan laporan tersebut, pihak kepolisian lantas melakukan penyelidikan. Dari hasil penyelidikan, kemudian dilakukan penangkapan tersebut.
“Setelah dilakukan penyelidikan dan diyakini adanya penjualan serta penyimpanan minuman beralkohol jenis ciu,” katanya, Jumat (13/10/2023).
Di tempat kejadian perkara (TKP), petugas menyita 70 botol minuman beralkohol dengan masing masing berukuran 600 ml. Minuman beralkohol tersebut telah dicampur dengan minuman merek Torpedo.
“Selanjutnya petugas Polsek Sewon melakukan penyitaan terhadap barang yang diduga minuman beralkohol jenis ciu oplosan tersebut dan dibawa ke Polsek Sewon guna proses penyelidikan lebih lanjut,” katanya.
Atas tindakan tersebut, pelaku diancam dengan Pasal 37 ayat 4 joncto Pasal 43 Perda Kabupaten Bantul No.4/2019 tentang Pengendalian, Pengawasan Minuman Beralkohol dan Pelarangan Minuman Oplosan.
Dalam Pasal 37 ayat 4 Perda Kabupaten Bantul No.4/2019 tercantum larangan bahwa setiap orang yang tidak memiliki Izin Tempat Penjualan Minuman Beralkohol dan/atau Surat Izin Usaha Perdagangan Minuman Beralkohol [SIUP-MB] dilarang melakukan pengedaran, penjualan dan penyimpanan minuman beralkohol.
Atas dugaan tindakan yang dilakukan (menjual miras oplosan), pelaku diancam dengan pidana kurungan paling lama 3 bulan atau denda paling banyak Rp50 juta.
