Sinjai – Kepala Kepolisian Resor Sinjai, Ajun Komisaris Besar Polisi (Akbp) Fery Nur Abdulah, S.Ik didampingi Wakapolres Sinjai Kompol Andi Muh. Syafei, S.Sos., MH, pimpin Anev Gangguan Situasi Keamanan dan Ketertiban Masyarakat (Kamtibmas) Mingguan melalui zoom meeting. Senin (11/9/2023).
Kegiatan Analisa dan Evaluasi (Anev) terhadap kinerja jajaran ini dilaksanakan secara virtual diruang vicon Mapolres Sinjai yang dihadiri oleh para Kabag, Kasat, Kasi dan para Kapolsek jajaran melalui zoom meeting.
Anev mingguan ini diisi dengan penyampaian paparan oleh Kabag Ops atau yang mewakili, Kabag Ren, para Kasat, dan Kasi tentang pelaksanaan tugas, capaian keberhasilan, kendala, hambatan, kuat personel, sarana prasarana, anggaran pendukung operasional serta rencana kegiatan kedepan.
Selain itu, Para Kapolsek jajaran menyampaikan paparan di Polsek masing-masing secara virtual melalui zoom meeting terkait kejadian menonjol, inovasi pengelolaan kamtibmas diwilayah tugas masing-masing.
Kapolres Sinjai Akbp Fery Nur Abdulah, S.Ik menjelaskan, Anev mingguan ini merupakan sebuah wadah untuk mengevaluasi kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan serta untuk memotivasi seluruh bagian satuan fungsi dan Polsek jajaran agar lebih meningkatkan kinerjanya menjadi lebih baik.
Melalui kegiatan Anev ini, Kapolres Sinjai menekankan kepada seluruh Fungsi dan Polsek jajarannya untuk meningkatkan kegiatan kepolisian dalam rangka mencegah tindak kriminalitas guna menciptakan situasi kamtibmas yang aman kondusif.
Selain itu, Kapolres Sinjai mengharapkan agar seluruh jajaran Polsek untuk meningkatkan kegiatan sambang kamtibmas, Door to Door system penjabaran dari cooling system, penguatan fungsi deteksi dini intelijen, pembinaan personel, pengawasan penggunaan senpi, optimalisasi peran Bhabinkamtibmas, serta senantiasa mengupayakan respon cepat atas informasi maupun laporan pengaduan dari masyarakat. Harapnya.
“Para personel harus profesional dalam pelaksanaan tugas, berikan pelayanan terbaik, cepat, tepat dan tuntas atas setiap informasi ataupun laporan dari masyarakat. Tegasnya.
“Anev ini merupakan wadah kita dalam mengetahui keberhasilan pelaksanaan tugas diperiode tertentu serta menjadi suatu analisis mengenai kekuatan atau kemampuan yang kita miliki, hambatan, serta ancaman kedepan dalam pelaksanaan tugas, baik dalam pemeliharaan kamtibmas maupun dalam pelayanan kepada masyarakat,” Tambahnya.
Anev ini rutin digelar tiap minggu sebagai salah satu kegiatan untuk terus memonitoring kondisi kamtibmas di wilayah Kabupaten Sinjai, sehingga jika terjadi kendala ataupun permasalahan yang memicu keresahan masyarakat bisa dideteksi dan dicegah sedini mungkin.
