Peraih Emas PON Papua 2021 yang lalu ini tidak datang sendiri tapi didampingi Ketua Pertina Papua Barat, Bapak Clinton Tallo yang disambut penuh gembira oleh Pangdam didampingi para pejabat Kodam dan Prajurit Kowad Kodam XVIII/Kasuari.
Pangdam menjelaskan bahwa ia sengaja mengundang Petinju Cristina untuk berbagi pengalaman dan hal positif dalam mencapai prestasi dan kesuksesan yang membanggakan.
“Karena saya merasa ada hal betul-betul harus kita contoh. Salah satu makna yang diambil dari cerita petinju Cristina yaitu kesempurnaan sejati dalam hidup itu tidak akan pernah kita raih sampai kita mati namun yang ada kita harus saling menyempurnakan, membantu, mengisi, menyayangi dan saling mendukung karena tidak ada yang sempurna, yang sempurna hanyalah milik Tuhan”.

Sementara itu Ketua Pertina Papua Barat Clinton Tallo mengucapkan terimaksih kepada Pangdam dan jajarannya yang telah mengundang.
“Kami siap bekerjasama, harapannya kedepan bisa menjalin kerjasama ini lebih baik lagi, kami bisa ikut berlatih disini”.
“Kami juga menyambut baik ajakan Pangdam untuk bekerja sama dalam membina adik-adik Kowad Kodam Kasuari , oleh sebab itu kami bangga sekali,” ujarnya.
