Kegiatan yang diisiniasi oleh Polsek Kramatjati ini sebagai wujud kepedulian Polisi terhadap lingkungan.
Kapolsek Kramatjati Kompol Hj.Tuti Aini SH, MSI yang memimpin langsung kegiatan itu mengatakan, kegiatan ini selain untuk membersihkan linhkungan juga untuk mengingatkan warga agar selalu peduli lingkungan dengan tidak membuang sampah sembarangan.
“Semoga dalam pelaksanaan kerja bakti dapat selesai sesuai yang diharapkan, kerjasama antara Polri dengan masyarakat membersihkan lingkungan area ini,” ujar Kapolsek Kramatjati saat pimpin apel kegiatan itu.
Usai apel, sebanyak 65 personel gabungan yang terlibat dalam giat itu melaksanakan kerja bakti membersihkan tempat yang sulit dibersihkan masyarakat di bantaran kali, dan lokasi tumpukan sampah yang mengganggu.(Redaksiswanara)
