Jakarta – Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) perpanjang waktu partai politik (parpol) peserta Pemilu 2024 untuk memperbaiki dokumen persyaratan pendaftaran bakal calon anggota legislatif (bacaleg) DPR RI, DPRD Provinsi, Kabupaten/Kota. Kesempatan perbaikan dokumen bacaleg tersebut dapat dilakukan hingga 16 Juli 2023.
Keputusan perpanjangan masa perbaikan dokumen tersebut, tertuang dalam Surat Dinas Ketua KPU RI Nomor 700/PL.01.4-SD/05/2023. Surat tersebut, ditujukan kepada KPU Provinsi, Kabupaten/Kota, serta Surat Dinas Ketua KPU RI Nomor 701/PL.01.4-SD/05/2023 untuk parpol.
“Dokumen persyaratan bacaleg berpotensi dinyatakan tidak memenuhi syarat (TMS), parpol peserta pemilu diberikan kesempatan mengganti, melengkapi persyaratan administrasi. Bacaleg yang telah diajukan pada 26 Juni–9 Juli 2023,” ujarnya.
Surat dari KPU kepada pimpinan parpol peserta Pemilu 2024 itu, dilayangkan pada 10 Juli 2023. Surat-surat tersebut, langsung ditandatangani Ketua KPU.
KPU menegaskan, dapat mencoret nama bacaleg jika ditemukan kegandaan data atau kesalahan berkas. Hal pencoretan nama bacaleg itu tertuang dalam Pasal 62 ayat 2 PKPU 10/2023.
“Sehingga dalam hal terdapat potensi dokumen persyaratan bakal calon yang sekiranya akan dinyatakan TMS. Apabila dokumen tersebut tidak benar,” ucapnya.
Pasal 62 Ayat 2 PKPU 10/2023 menjelaskan tentang verifikasi perbaikan dokumen administrasi bacaleg DPR, DPRD Provinsi, Kabupaten/Kota. Jika verifikasi administrasi perbaikan menyatakan tidak benar atau terdapat kegandaan, maka bacaleg dinyatakan tidak memenuhi syarat (TMS).
Hasyim mengungkapkan, KPU Provinsi, Kabupaten/Kota dan KIP Aceh memberikan kesempatan kepada parpol peserta pemilu untuk mengganti atau melengkapi dokumen tersebut.
“Nantinya KPU di seluruh tingkatan akan meng-unlock (membuka) fitur hasil pemeriksaan perbaikan parpol peserta pemilu. Serta status pengembalian di Silon sampai tanggal 16 Juli 2023,” ujarnya.
Hasyim menuturkan, pihaknya memastikan parpol peserta pemilu tidak melakukan penggantian bacaleg. Tepatnya, pada masa pembukaan kembali fitur tersebut.
“Kami juga mengingatkan parpol peserta pemilu untuk melakukan pengajuan perbaikan kembali di Silon setelah melakukan penggantian dokumen,” katanya.(Redaksiswanara)
