Jakarta – Polisi telah mengamakan seorang pria inisial A (22), pelaku pemerkosaan dan pembunuhan wanita inisial AW (20) di daerah Sawah Besar, Jakarta Pusat. Pelaku kini ditetapkan jadi tersangka.
“Sudah (pelaku jadi tersangka),” ujar Kapolsek Sawah Besar, Kompol Maulana Muqarom saat dikonfirmasi, Minggu (6/3/2022).
Dari hasil pemeriksaan, Maulana mengatakan, pelaku A telah mengakui perbuatan kejinya tersebut. Atas perbuatannya, tersangka akan dikenakan tiga pasal sekaligus.
“(Dikenakan tiga pasal) 338 pembunuhan, 365 pencurian dengan kekerasan dan 285 pemerkosaan,” tegasnya.
Diberitakan sebelumnya, seorang perempuan berinisial AW (20) diduga dibunuh teman dekatnya. Jasadnya ditemukan di kamar indekos Sawah Besar, Jakarta Pusat. Polisi berhasil mengamankan satu terduga pelaku.
“Satu orang pelaku yaitu orang dekat korban,” ucap Kapolsek Sawah Besar, Kompol Maulana Mukarom saat dikonfirmasi, Sabtu (5/3/2022) kemarin.
Maulana menegaskan, pelaku pemerkosaan dan pembunuhan AW yang telah diamankan bukan merupakan kekasih korban. Melainkan hanya teman dekat saja.
“Bukan pacar korban, tapi teman dekat korban,” tegasnya.
