Jakarta – Kasus mafia tanah senilai Rp 1,8 triliun di Jalan Yos Sudarso, Jakarta Utara, terus berlanjut. Salah satu tersangka TP, dijadwalkan jalani pemeriksaan perdana.
Pemanggilan Tonny tertuang dalam surat panggilan tersangka ke-1 Nomor S.Pgl/1843/V/RES.1.9./2023/Ditreskrimsus yang ditandatangani Dirreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Auliansyah Lubis pada 31 Mei 2023.
“Hadir menemui Kanit V Subdit III Sumdaling Kompol I Gusti Ayu Shanti Indra Dewi di kantor Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Khusus Polda Metro Jaya, Jalan Jenderal Sudirman 55 Jakarta Selatan pada Kamis tanggal 8 Juni 2023 pukul 10 WIB,” tulis Auliansyah, seperti dikutip dari surat tersebut.
Di sisi lain, Krisna Murti selaku kuasa hukum pelapor bernama Muckhsin yang merupakan warga asal Karawang, Jawa Barat, mendorong kasus tersebut diselesaikan secara tuntas. Seluruh pihak terutama para tersangka diharapkan dapat kooperatif terhadap proses hukum yang berjalan.
“Kami ingin kasus ini segera dituntaskan supaya tidak berlarut-larut. Para tersangka seyogyanya juga hadir dong, penuhi panggilan penyidik. Kita harus kooperatif,” ujar Krisna.
Ia menyakini bahwa pihak kepolisian bekerja secara profesional.
“Dengan ditetapkannya 3 tersangka itu, menunjukkan penyidik bekerja dengan baik. Kami dukung mereka untuk menuntaskan kasus ini sehingga hak korban kembali,” kata dia.
Penetapan tersangka ini tertuang dalam surat pemberitahuan penetapan tersangka nomor B/6942/V/RES.1.9/2023/Ditreskrimsus tertanggal 23 Mei 2023.
“Bahwa penyidik Unit V Subdit III Sumdaling Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya telah menetapkan tersangka dalam perkara dugaan tindak pidana pemalsuan dan atau menyuruh memasukan keterangan palsu ke dalam akta otentik, memakai akta seolah-olah isinya sesuai kebenaran dan turut serta melakukan perbuatan yang dapat dihukum,” demikian bunyi surat pemberitahuan yang ditandatangani Dirreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Auliansyah Lubis.
Dalam surat tersebut, tiga tersangka itu berinisial MD, YS, dan TP. Ketiganya disangkakan Pasal 263 KUHP dan atau Pasal 266 KUHP dan Pasal 55 ayat (1) KUHP.(Redaksiswanara)
