Pasaman Barat – Dalam rangka menyambut dan memperingati Hari Bhayangkara Ke-77 tahun 2023, Polres Pasaman Barat, Polda Sumatera Barat menggelar Bhakti Sosial Donor Darah yang dilaksanakan di aula Bhayangkara Mapolres setempat, Selasa pagi (06/06/2023).
Kapolres Pasaman Barat AKBP Agung Basuki mengatakan, kegiatan bhakti sosial donor darah yang dihadiri juga oleh Ketua Bhayangkari Cabang Pasaman Barat Ny. Mutya Agung ini digelar dalam rangka menyambut hari Bhayangkara ke-77 tahun 2023 dan sebagai bentuk kepedulian sosial serta empati dalam membantu masyarakat yang sangat membutuhkan darah.
Dalam kegiatan yang dimulai pada pukul 09.00 Wib, peserta donor darah berasal dari personel Polres Pasaman Barat, personel Polsek jajaran, personel Kompi Brimobda Polda Sumbar, personel TNI-AL serta pengurus Bhayangkari Cabang Pasaman Barat.
“Dalam mesukseskan pelaksanaan kegiatan donor darah ini, kita bekerja sama dengan Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) Kabupaten Pasaman Barat,” ujarnya.
“Dengan adanya bhakti sosial donor darah ini, tentunya sangat membantu masyarakat yang membutuhkan darah, dan menambah ketersediaan stok darah di PMI Pasaman Barat,” terangnya.
AKBP Agung Basuki kembali menjelaskan, dari hasil pemantauan selama kegiatan berlangsung, personel yang melaksanakan donor darah dengan jumlah peserta 158 orang dan yang berhasil mendonorkan darahnya sebanyak 65 orang dengan rincian, golongan darah “A” sebanyak 24 kantong, golongan darah “B” 14 kantong, golongan darah “O” 21 kantong dan golongan darah “AB” lima kantong.
“Alhamdulillah kegiatan donor ini telah selesai tanpa ada kendala satu apapun, saya berharap dengan dengan digelarnya kegiatan ini, tentunya dapat membantu masyarakat luas yang membutuhkan darah, dan menambah ketersediaan stok darah di PMI Pasaman Barat, dan saya juga mengucapkan terimaksih yang sebesar-besarnya kepada peserta donor darah, semoga apa yang kita lakukan ini menjadi ladang amal ibadah dihadapan Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, karena setetes darah dapat menyelamatkan kehidupan,”katanya.(Red)
