Dharmasraya – Satreskrim Polres Dharmasraya kembali mengamankan dua orang pelaku Inisial EHA (30) tahun dan R (27) tahun, warga Rimba Ukur, RT/RW 003/006 Desa Rimba Ukur Kecamata Sekayu Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin Provinsi Sumsel.
Penangkapan kedua pelaku diduga mengangkut BBM olahan sejenis bensin/premium menggunakan Truck Colt warna kuning bak penutup terpal plastik di Jalan Lintas Sumatera Km 7 Jorong Sungai Nili Nagari Sungai Kambuit Kecamatan Pulau Punjung Kabupaten Dharmasraya, jumat, 05/05/2023 11.00 wib.
Kapolres Dharmasraya AKBP NURHADIANSYAH, S.I.K melaui Kasat Reskrim Polres Iptu Heri Yuliardi mengatakan benar telah dilakukan penangkapan terhadap pelaku EHA(30) dan R (27) diduga mengangkut BBM olahan sejenis bensin/premium.
Penangkapan berawal dari laporan masyarakat, dari informasi tersebut Personil Satrekrim melakukan patroli cipta kondisi di wilayah hukum Polres Dharmasraya, pada saat berpapasan dengan pengemudi truk Colt Disel Plat BG 8235 BB berwarna kuning dengan bak tertutup terpal plastik yang mencurigakan dengan muatan terlalu berat dan orama Bahan Bakar minyak yang menyengat.
“Oleh karena merasa curiga kami menghampiri pengemudi truk tersebut untuk melakukan pemeriksaan,” kata Heri Yuliardi.
Ketika dilakukan penggeledahan truk dengan plat BG 8235 BB, ditemukan tangki Rakitan yang telah dimodifikasi diperkirakan berisi 9600 liter kg bahan bakar olahan sejenis bensin/premium.
Berdasarkan keterangan kedua pelaku, bahan bakar olahan sejenis tersebut dari Palembang menuju arah Sijunjung. Saat ini barang bukti bahan bakar olahan dan satu unit truk Mitsubishi Colt Deisel warna kuning dan 2 orang pelaku beserta 1 lembar STNK mobil truck colt diesel warna kuning merek Mitsubishi dengan nomor polisi BG 8235 BB telah diamankan di Mapolres Dharmasraya guna dilakukan penyelidikan lebih lanjut.
“Kepada pelaku akan dikenakan pasal 54 Undang undang nomor 22 tahun 2001 tentang minyak dan gas bumi junto pasal 55 KUHP ,” katanya.(Redaksiswanara)
