Grobogan – Resmob Polres Grobogan Polda Jawa Tengah bersama Unit Reskrim Polsek Gubug Polres Grobogan berhasil membekuk seorang warga yang diduga menjadi pelaku penganiayaan berat yang mengakibatkan nyawa seseorang melayang. Terduga ditangkap polisi pada Sabtu dini hari setelah enam hari dalam pencarian.
Personil Polsek Gubug bersama Tim Resmob Polres Grobogan,Polda Jawa Tengah, berhasil menangkap DAR (44 th) warga desa Kuwaron Kecamatan Gubug Kabupaten Grobogan, Sabtu dini hari,19 November 2022. Pelaku DAR, ditangkap di sebuah kafe di daerah Desa Gubug tanpa perlawanan setelah enam hari dalam penyelidikan polisi.
Pelaku DAR, diduga terlibat kasus penganiayaan terhadap korban,atas nama Supriyanto (31 th) warga desa Rowosari,Kecamatan Gubug,Kabupaten Grobogan pada hari Minggu,13 November 2022 lalu, sehingga mengakibatkan korban meninggal dunia saat menjalani perawatan di rumah sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Gubug.
Menurut Kapolsek Gubug AKP Pudji Hari, kronologi penangkapan pelaku DAR,bermula saat istri korban Siti Mutmainatun, (42 th) melapor ke Polsek Gubug,pada hari Selasa,15 November 2022, bahwa pada hari Minggu, tanggal 13 November 2022, istri korban dihubungi oleh pihak petugas rumah sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Gubug melalui handphone korban,yang merupakan suaminya. Kepada istri korban petugas PKU Muhammadiyah Gubug memberitahu istri korban bahwa korban Supriyanto, diduga menjadi korban kecelakaan lalu lintas di jalan Gubug-Kedungjati,tepatnya sebelah selatan SPBU dekat pasar gubug.
“Istri korban melapor ke Polsek Gubug pada hari Selasa, 15 November 2022, bahwa suaminya menjadi korban kecelakaan di jalan Gubug-Kedungjati, tepatnya sebelah Selatan SPBU Pasar Gubug,pada hari Minggu, 13 November 2022. Dan korban hari itu juga meninggal dunia saat dirawat di rumah sakit,” ucap Kapolsek
Lebih lanjut Kapolsek mengatakan, untuk memastikan kebenaran informasi tersebut, pada hari Selasa, tanggal 15 November 2022, anggota Polsek Gubug bersama unit Laka Lantas Polres Grobogan melakukan olah TKP di lokasi kejadian. Saat dilakukan olah TKP hasilnya tidak ditemukan tanda-tanda bekas kecelakaan.
“Menindaklanjuti laporan istri korban, anggota bersama personil unit laka lantas Polres Grobogan datang ke lokasi TKP. Hasilnya tidak ada tanda-tanda kecelakaan, kemudian istri korban melaporkan perkara ke Polsek Gubug untuk dilakukan penyelidikan lebih lanjut,”terang Kapolsek
Anggota Unit Reskrim Polsek Gubug bersama Tim Resmob Polres Grobogan melakukan penyelidikan. Setelah dilakukan penyelidikan selama 6 hari, berdasarkan keterangan dari saksi-saksi diketahui bahwa korban atas nama Supriyanto, menjadi korban penganiayaan yang diduga dilakukan DAR, warga desa Kuwaron. Pelaku berhasil ditangkap di sebuah kafe di Gubug pada hari Sabtu dini hari,tanggal 19 November 2022.
“ Setelah kita lakukan penyelidikan, dan keterangan dari saksi-saksi, korban atas nama Supriyanto merupakan korban penganiayaan yang dilakukan pelaku DAR warga Desa Kuwaron. Pelaku berhasil kita tangkap bersama Tim Resmob Polres Grobogan di sebuah kafe,” jelas Kapolsek
Dari keterangan Pelaku DAR, motif pelaku karena merasa tidak terima saat kendaraannya di salip oleh korban di jalan, hingga kemudian keduanya berselisih dan terjadi perkelahian antara pelaku dan korban.
“Motifnya pelaku tidak terima disalip korban di jalan,kemudian keduanya berselisih dan terjadi duel antar pelaku dan korban,” terang Kapolsek.
Akibat peristiwa tersebut, korban mengalami luka dibagian muka dan kepala belakang. Korban yang kritis kemudian dibawa warga ke PKU Muhammadiyah Gubug hingga kemudian meninggal dunia saat dalam perawatan.(Redaksi Swanara)
