Jakarta – Polisi secara resmi menghentikan penyidikan kasus KDRT yang dilaporkan Lesti Kejora terhadap suaminya (Rizky Billar). Penghentian penyelidikan (SP3) ini dilakukan setelah keduanya sepakat berdamai.
“Malam hari ini penyidik selesai melaksanakan proses restorative justice dalam menangani perkara yang dilaporkan Lesti,” ungkap Kasat Reskrim Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan (Kompol. Irwandhy).
Ia mengatakan, penghentian penyidikan dilakukan setelah proses restorative justice yang dilakukan telah tercapai. Langkah ini kuga telah memenuhi syarat formil yang diatur dalam Peraturan Kepolisian (Perpol).
“Malam ini proses restorative justice telah selesai kami lakukan. Kami bersama Sekjen MUI melihat proses perdamaiannya, syarat materiil formil diatur Perpol sudah kami penuhi dan alhamdulillah kami nyatakan selesai. Iya kami nyatakan demikian (SP3),” katanya.(Red)
