pada Minggu (7/8/2022) malam di dua lokasi kini harus berurusan dengan Polisi.
Di lokasi pertama Jalan Raya Ponti yang menjadi korban pengeroyokan adalah ANF, 17 tahun, warga Candi, Sidoarjo. Ia yang sedang menutup warung angkringannya didatangi sekelompok pemuda tak dikenal dari perguruan silat KS. Ada 10 sepeda motor berboncengan.
“Sebagian dari mereka menghampiri korban ANF karena dianggap salah satu anggota PSHT dari kaos yang dipakainya, dan langsung melakukan pemukulan terhadap korban. Ada yang menggunakan tangan kosong, ruyung dan sebilah bambu,” terang Kapolresta Sidoarjo Kombes Pol. Kusumo Wahyu Bintoro pada wartawan, Kamis (11/8/2022).
Dari pengeroyokan di lokasi pertama, mengakibatkan korban ANF mengalami luka di pelipis kanan, lengan tangan kanan dan penggung. Sesaat kemudian beredar informasi di media sosial, ada anggota PSHT yang dikeroyok perguruan KS di kawasan Ponti.
Setelah itu, sejumlah pemuda dari kelompok PSHT dan PSHW melakukan penyisiran mencari anggota dari kelompok KS sampai di kawasan Museum Mpu Tantular yang menjadi lokasi kedua terjadinya bentrok.
Di sekitaran Museum Mpu Tantular didapatilah sejumlah pemuda yang diduga dari perguruan KS yang mengeroyok ANF sedang berada di sebuah warung kopi.
Mereka adalah FAP, 16 tahun, warga Candi, Sidoarjo dan FDS, 16 tahun, warga Sukodono, Sidoarjo.
FAP dan FDS kemudian dikeroyok delapan pemuda dari PSHT dan PSHW. Dari hasil pemeriksaan Polisi, faktanya korban di lokasi kedua FAP dan FDS adalah anggota dari PSHT.
Korban FAP mengalami luka memar di wajah dan robek pada kaki kiri akibat senjata tajam. Sedangkan Korban FDS mengalami luka di kepala bagian belakang hingga pingsan di lokasi kejadian.
“Ada delapan pemuda yang kami amankan di lokasi kedua dan empat pemuda kami amankan di lokasi pertama. Semuanya kami tetapkan sebagai tersangka, dan empat di antaranya adalah masih di bawah umur. Motifnya adalah akibat perseteruan antar perguruan silat,” lanjut Kapolresta Sidoarjo.
Atas perbuatan yang dilakukan para pemuda dari kelompok perguruan silat tersebut, menurut Kapolresta Sidoarjo pihaknya akan memanggil masing-masing perguruan silat, pihak sekolah, orang tua hingga RT/RW tempat tinggal semua yang terlibat. Sehingga jangan sampai kejadian seperti ini terulang kembali.
Kemudian terhadap tersangka yang terbukti membawa dan menggunakan senjata tajam dikenakan ancaman hukuman 10 tahun penjara, seperti tertuang dalam Pasal 2 ayat (1) UU darurat no. 12 tahun 1951.
