Pangaribuan melaksanakan inspeksi mendadak atau sidak ketersediaan pupuk bersubsidi maupun non subsidi, mulai dari gudang penyangga pupuk, distributor hingga agen resmi, Kamis (10/03/2022).
Sidak tersebut untuk memastikan proses penyaluran pupuk kepada para petani. Hasilnya, Bupati Hendy menemukan fakta bahwa ada perilaku yang menyimpang dimana petani mengambil jatah pupuk bersubsidi setahun dalam satu kali masa tanam.
“Jatah yang seharusnya untuk setahun, itu diambil sekaligus pada masa sekali masa tanam sehingga untuk masa tanam kedua, ketiga dan keempat ini akan bermasalah,” ungkap Bupati Hendy membeberkan temuannya.
Dia berharap perilaku demikian untuk disetop.
“Itu tidak baik, saya harap ke depan tidak terjadi lagi seperti ini,” pintanya.
Bupati Hendy menegaskan, untuk pupuk bersubsidi memang dijatah dari pusat hanya 50 persen dari kebutuhan.
Dari sidak ini pula ditemukan, petani mencampur pupuk bersubsidi dengan pupuk nonsubsidi organik sehingga mempunyai dampak pada penurunan hasil panen.
“Justru tadi dari Gudang Penyangga itu tidak punya datanya petani, mereka mengaku melayani sesuai permintaan distributor, nah kalau distributornya tidak jujur bagaimana. Seharusnya punya data kebutuhan petani langsung,” pungkasnya
