Polri berkolaborasi dengan Kementerian Perhubungan (Kemenhub) serta stakeholder lainnya, telah menyiapkan langkah-langkah untuk mencegah terjadinya kepadatan lalu lintas pada arus balik mudik Lebaran 2022. Ada 7 langkah yang akan diterapkan dalam rangka mengupayakan keamanan, keselamatan dan kenyamanan masyarakat saat melakukan perjalanan kembali dari kampung halaman ke kota domisilinya.
“Pertama, penerapan rekayasa lalu lintas berupa sistem satu arah (one way) mulai KM 414 atau Gerbang Tol Kalikangkung sampai dengan KM 70 Gerbang Tol Cikampek Utama,” kata Kadiv Humas Polri, Irjen Dedi Prasetyo, dalam keterangan tertulis, Rabu (4/5/2022).
Dedi menjelaskan jika volume kendaraan sangat padat menuju Jakarta, maka sejak hari Jumat tanggal 6 Mei 2022 pukul 14.00 sampai 24.00 WIB akan diberlakukan one way dimulai GT Kalikangkung KM 414 sd Tol Cikampek KM 47, diteruskan Contra Flow sd KM. 28,5.
Rekayasa Lalu Lintas ini juga berlaku dan bersifat situasional pada pucak arus yang diprediksi pada hari Sabtu, 7 Mei dan Minggu, 8 Mei 2022.
“Langkah kedua tentunya Polri, Kemenhub serta stakeholders terkait terus-menerus mensosialisasikan rute alternatif menuju Bandung dari Jakarta saat penerapan one way,” ujar Dedi.
Berikut rute-rute alternatif Jakarta arah Bandung:
1. Jagorawi – Puncak – Cisarua – Cipanas – Cianjur – Sukaluyu – Cipatat – Padalarang – Bandung.
2. Jagorawi – Cibubur – Cileungsi – Jonggol – Cianjur – Padalarang – Bandung.
3. Kalimalang – Kedung Waringin – Karawang – Purwakarta – Wanayasa – Lembang – Bandung.
4. Kalimalang – Kedung Waringin – Karawang – Purwakarta – Sukatani – Darangdan – Cikalong – Padalarang –
Bandung.
5. Jagorawi – Sukabumi – Cianjur – Padalarang – Bandung.
“Mengimbau kepada masyarakat untuk menggunakan rute alternatif dan tidak menunggu selesainya one way di entry gerbang tol, sehingga tidak terjadi penumpukan kendaraan,” imbau Dedi soal poin ketiga langkah antisipasi kemacetan arus balik mudik Lebaran 2022.
Langkah keempat, Polri dengan stakeholders terkait melakukan implementasi manajemen tempat istirahat atau rest area, yakni Rest Area Management System (RAMS) untuk menginfokan kapasitas parkir kepada pengendaran sebelum masuk rest area.
“Kelima, menghimbau masyarakat tidak berhenti di bahu jalan jika tidak dapat beristirahat di rest area. Diharapkan dapat
memanfaatkan rest area yang berada di kota terdekat dengan keluar terlebih dahulu di gerbang tol terdekat,” ucap Dedi.
Dedi menjelaskan langkah antisipatif keenam ialah soal jaminan ketersediaan bahan bakar minyak, bengkel dan fasilitas-fasilitas lainnya untuk membantu masyarakat ketika mengalami kendala dengan kendaraannya.
“Memastikan ketersediaan BBM, BBM modular atau pertashop, BBM Motorist, bengkel motorist, layanan top up, posko layanan, pasokan listrik,” imbuh mantan Kapolda Kalimantan Tengah ini.
Terakhir, Dedi menyampaikan langkah pencegahan kemacetan saat arus balik ialah dengan meminimalisir hambatan di rute alternatif, sehingga kapasitas jalan bisa digunakan optimal oleh volume kendaraan yang dialihkan ke ruas-ruas jalan alternatif.
