Petualangan sindikat asal Medan yang mencuri saldo Nasabah Bank sudah berakhir di Polrestabes Semarang,JATENG.
Pihak kepolisian berhasil meringkus Enam orang sindikat pembobol nasabah bank yang meraup milliaran rupiah.
Empat orang dari Medan dan Dua dari batubara.
Nama Identitas para pelaku Yaitu :
1. Khairun Fahrinst, umur 28 Tahun asal Medan.
2. Muhammad.A.Syahputra, umur 30 Tahun asal Medan.
3. Rendi Dwi Putra, umur 35 Tahun asal Medan.
4. Taufiq Ramadana, umur 32 Tahun asal Medan.
5. Kiki Handayani, umur 25 Tahun asal Asahan.
6. Windari, umur 23 Tahun asal Batu bara.
Sindikat melakukan aksinya ndi beberapa titik di Bank BUMN tepatnya di kota Semarang, JATENG.
Kapolrestabes Semarang Kombes Pol Irwan Anwar menjelaskan, bahwa pembobolan saldo rekening mendapati adanya laporan dari salah satu Bank BUMN tentang saldo rekening nasabah secara ilegal pada hari Kamis ( 17/2/2022 ) lalu.
Kombes Pol Irwan Anwar menjelaskan saat Konferensi pers Sabtu ( 19/2/2022 ), bahwa tersangka yg berjumlah Enam orang melakukan pembobolan di Tujuh Lokasi yang berbeda.
Mereka ber enam ke Semarang naik pesawat terbang pada tanggal 15 February lalu.
Pada tanggal 17 February ke Enam sindikat ini melakukan aksinya.
Masing-masing Sindikat ini beraksi dengan membagikan tugas masing-masing. Ada yang membuat Dokumen KTP palsu, Tanda Tangan palsu, Buku Tabungan.
Kombes Pol Irwan Anwar menjelaskan ada keterlibatan orang dalam di salah satu Bank BUMN sehingga para tersangka melancarkan aksinya dengan lancar dan sukses.
Ada yang mendapat 25 persen dari jumlah seluruh total uang yang di bobol di kota Semarang.
Kombes Pol Irwan Anwar menerangkan jumlah uang dari Dua Nasabah Bank yang di bobol sindikat saldo rekening sebesar Rp 1,7 Miliar.
Korbannya dari Luar kota Semarang, komplotannya di pimpin langsung oleh Khairun Fahrinst, paparnya.
Kombes Pol Irwan Anwar menerangkan bahwa para tersangka pelaku pembobolan saldo rekening nasabah akan di keras dengan pasal yang berlapis-lapis yaitu Pasal 263 KUHP dan Pasal 480 KUHP, dengan Hukuman Pidana penjara selama 6 Tahun dan ditambah juga dengan UU ITE.
