TARAKAN- Jajaran Polres Tarakan melalui Kepolisian Sektor Kawasan Pelabuhan Polres Tarakan melaksanakan Konferensi Pers pengungkapan kasus kosmetik ilegal, Senin (20/3/2023).
Kali ini kosmetik ilegal yang dirilis sebanyak 21 koli berisi ribuan item atau ribuan pcs kosmetik ilegal bermerek Briliant Skin. Kegiatan Konferensi Pers dilaksanakan pukul 13.00 WITA di mako KSKP Polres Tarakan Kelurahan Lingkas Ujung.
Konferensi Pers juga berdasarkan laporan kepolisian nomor LP/A/01/II/2023/ SPKT/UNIT RESKRIM/POLSEK KSKP/ RES TRK/POLDA KALTARA per tanggal 11 Februari 2023.
Pengungkapan kosmetik yang tidak memiliki ijin edar dari BPOM ini juga sekaligus wujud tindak lanjut dari instruksi Presiden RI Joko Widodo untuk memberantas pemasukan barang ilegal ke wilayah NKRI termasuk juga ballpress.
Dikatakan Kapolres Tarakan, AKBP Ronaldo Maradona T.P.P. Siregar.S.I.K.,S.H melalui Kapolsek KSKP Polres Tarakan, IPTU Sri Djayanti Madogo, S.Tr.K dalam Konferensi Pers siang tadi menyampaikan bahwa kronologis kejadiannya pada Kamis, 9 Februari 2023 sekitar pukul 10.00 WITA, Unit Reskrim KSKP mendapatkan Informasi dari pekerja buruh di Pelabuhan Malundung Tarakan.
“Kami menerima informasi bahwa saat Kapal Perintis dengan tujuan Tolitoli diketahui akan ada pengiriman barang yang dibungkus dengan mengunakan karung yang diduga oleh pekerja buruh adalah barang tersebut adalah barang dari Malaysia Tawau,” beber IPTU Sri Djayanti Madogo.
Kemudian selanjutnya, berbekal informasi tersebut unit Reskrim Polsek KSKP melakukan penyelidikan di sekitar pelabuhan dan pada hari Sabtu tanggal 11 Februari 2023 sekitar pukul 17.30 WITA didapati satu unit mobil pikap dengan Nomor Polisi DM 8030 MO berwarna hitam dengan muatan barang yang ditutupi dengan sebuah terpal warna biru hendak masuk ke Pelabuhan Malundung Tarakan.
“Diketahui pada saat itu tidak ada keberangkatan baik kapal Pelni maupun kapal Perintis yang akan berangkat.
Dan dari hasil penyelidikan ternyata mobil tersebut masuk ke dalam dermaga Pelabuhan Malundung Tarakan.
Kemudian setelah barang diturunkan sekitar pukul 18.00 WITA, dilakukan pemeriksaan dan ternyata barang yang dikirim tersebut sudah sempat dinaikkan dua koli di sebuah speedboat,” terang Kapolsek KSKP Polres Tarakan, IPTU Sri Djayanti Madogo, S.Tr.K didampingi Kanit Reskrim Polsek KSKP, Aiptu I Putu Suriada, S.H
Artinya barang yang diangkut di dalam pikap sudah sempat diturunkan sebanyak dua koli dari total 21 koli.
Selanjutnya, setelah dilakukan pemeriksaan dan ternyata lanjut IPTU Sri Djayanti setelah dibuka di dalam karung sebanyak 21 koli tersebut, benar berisi barang berupa kosmetik di mana saat itu mobil pikap dengan nomor polisi DM 8030 MO warna hitam sudah pergi meninggalkan Pelabuhan.
“Jadi pada saat diturunkan, unit reskrim datang, lihat, mobil itu langsung pergi dan setelah dicek, yang didapat kosmetik ditampilkan ini. Dua koli yang sudah diturunkan di speedboat rencananya akan dibawa ke kapal yang masih belum berlabuh. Rute kapalnya akan ke Kwandang, Gorontalo. Rencananya mau diberangkatkan dibawa ke kapal,” paparnya.
Ia melanjutkan, tersangka ada dua orang ditetapkan. Dan satu orang masih berstatus DPO.
“Dari hasil pemeriksaan diketahui bahwa pemilik barang kosmetik yang tidak memiliki ijin edar tersebut merupakan milik DPO berinisial “I” dimana saat dilakukan penangkapan yang bersangkutan sudah berada di Manado dimana diketahui DPO “I” ini diketahui sudah dua kali mengirim barang melalui pelabuhan malundung melalui pekerja buruh pelabuhan berinisial “B,” urainya.
Adapun atas kasus ini, maka para tersangka terancam pasal 197 Juncto pasal 106 ayat (1) dan ayat (2) Undang-Undang Nomor 36 Tahun 2009 tentang Kesehatan sebagaimana telah diubah pasal 60 angka 10 Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 202 tentang Hak Cipta Kerja atau pasal 196 Jo pasal 98 ayat (2) dan (3) Undang-Undang Nomor 36 Tahun 2009 tentang Kesehatan, Juncto pasal 55 ayat (1) KUHPidana.(Redaksiswanara)
